This statement is issued under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and explains why 香港好神 GOODGODS ("we") collects personal data when you register or shop.

Processing and delivering your orders, verifying identity, customer service, payments and refunds, fraud prevention and, unless you opt out, direct marketing.

Whether supply is obligatory

Items marked * are required; without them we may be unable to process your order or create your account.

Transferees

Our payment provider, couriers, system and technology providers, and authorities where the law requires.

Direct marketing

We intend to use your name, email and mobile number to promote our products and offers. We will not do so without your consent or if you have objected. You may ask us to stop at any time, free of charge, by email.

Access and correction

You may request access to and correction of your personal data by emailing hello@thegoodgods.com. We respond within 40 days.
